Stress Related Illness

Stress Related Illness can occur in a number of forms. It has been well documented that stress has negative impacts on our bodies as well as minds. Your stress could even lead to something bigger and more problematic, which is very troublesome because a large medical problem has a tendency to lead to what? More stress. It can be a vicious and unhealthy circle.

Stressing too much can lead to migraine headaches and other headaches. Many of these headache sufferers are women. Many times these are referred to as tension headaches. Because stress is so general, not one specific cause or trigger can be the reason behind the headache. They can come in different forms, such as different muscles in the neck and scalp that have tightened too much. Migraines are much worse and may require the help of a doctor.

Muscle tension is another problem stress can bring. Your neck can become stiff, your shoulder muscles painful, or pain in your lower back are all examples of muscle tension brought on by too much stress. Some of this muscle tension can be directly related to any headaches you may have.

High blood pressure and heart attacks are two dangerous stress related illnesses that tend to be caused by continued stress. Because you keep worrying and worrying without any resolution to help relieve your anxiety, there is more stress put on the blood vessels in your body. Medication may be needed for high blood pressure, but too much pressure without any assistance can lead to heart attacks.

Ulcers are created in your stomach when excessive stomach acid is produced. Stress is not necessarily the culprit in cases of ulcers, but just like any other bodily issue, it can help aggravate it. Ulcers can be painful and lead to stomach bleeding. They can interfere with proper digestion and require the need of medication.

In any case, you need to find ways to relax and let go or resolve your stress related illness worries. Talk to someone or ask your doctor for help.
