ENFP Under Stress
An ENFP under stress can lead to the person feeling helpless and like they are unable to control either the situation or themselves. The Extraverted iNtuitive Feeling Perceiving personality type, or ENFP, usually fits best the person who is project-oriented, dislikes routine tasks and instead prefers being creative and energetic, has good people skills, and enjoy logic and rationality. The problems that can sometimes arise can also be due to the ways in which ENFPs conduct themselves.
If an ENFP is overstretching him or herself either in their physical dedications or through emotional commitments, they can drain themselves and possibly lead to stressful situations, which could include physical consequences such as muscle tension. Even though ENFPs are future-oriented, they can also become bored with what they are doing or procrastinate, which means becoming slack in paying attention to details. These moves can put them in jeopardy for more stressful events. They may become irritable as most other people as well as become over-sensitive if they are unable to fulfill what their personality desires.
Too much stress fpr an ENFP and they may start seeing problems that are not necessarily there. They could start to feel as though they are not who they really are, questioning their identity and possibly start feeling as though in actuality, they are a fake and not true to themselves. They may also try to place culpability on others in an attempt to have a reason for their worries.
An ENFP under stress can experience physical and emotional symptoms just like any other person with a different personality type. An ENFP may be a scientist or engineer; as long as they have a profession that allows them to avoid too much detail and routine, they should fare better.
